Who we are

All Screed Southeast Ltd (company number 15907971, registered in England and Wales), of 2 Poundfield Gardens, Old Woking, Woking GU22 8JP, lays liquid floor screed, floor levelling layers, insulation and underfloor heating pipework. We are the controller of the personal data you give us through this website, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

We collect the personal data you give us when you enquire, and some details sent automatically:

• The details you enter in the enquiry form, such as your name, your contact details, where the job is and anything you tell us about it. Some fields are optional.
• Technical details sent with the form, such as the advertising click identifier and campaign details in the page address, the page you came from and the type of device you used

If you ring the number on this website, the call passes through our call tracking provider. It logs your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the advert or search that brought you to the page. Calls are not recorded. We also hold the details of your job that you give us on the call.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details for these purposes:

• To ring you back, give you a rough price, book a date and arrange a site visit. This is a step you ask us to take before any contract, which is our lawful basis.
• To carry out and guarantee the work if you go ahead with us, as part of our contract with you.
• To measure which of our adverts lead to genuine enquiries. This is in our legitimate interests, and it uses campaign details, not a profile of you.
• To keep the records the law requires of a business, as a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details. We share them only where it is needed for your job or where the law requires it:

• The service providers that run this website, our call tracking and our enquiry records, including hosting, database, spreadsheet and advertising measurement providers, who act on our instructions
• A plumber, only if you ask us to put you in touch with one, and only with your agreement
• Courts, regulators or other authorities, where the law requires it

Transfers outside the UK

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by the safeguards UK law sets out, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and advertising measurement

This website uses cookies and similar technologies from three providers. Google Ads measures which of our adverts lead to an enquiry or a call. Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors use the page, such as where they click and how far they scroll. WhatConverts shows each visitor a call tracking number that rings our line, so a call can be linked to the advert that led to it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The page and its phone number still work without them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept in an access-controlled database and seen only by the people who need them to deal with your enquiry. We keep your details for as long as we need them to reply to you, carry out and guarantee any work, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct details that are wrong or incomplete
• Ask us to delete your details where we have no reason to keep them
• Ask us to restrict how we use your details, or object to our use of them
• Ask for your details in a format you can pass to another organisation
• Ask us to stop contacting you at any time
